POLICIES:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items. Exceptions may apply in special cases where return or exchange is considered. In such instances, customers will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs.

• Cancellations are only possible if you email us before the dispatch of the order. (Payment gateway fees of 3%-5% will be deducted as applicable.)

• No cancellations are allowed on pre-orders.

• No COD option available.

• Change of Address is only possible if the parcel is not dispatched. The address entered while placing the order will be considered final.

• If there is any mistake in shipment details, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

• All customer queries will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

• Same-day delivery is only possible in Thane West, Mumbai if express shipping is paid.

SHIPPING:

Domestic (Within India):

• We ship across India using premium courier services such as FedEx, Ecomm, Ekart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Maruti, Tirupati, etc.

• Orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours. For pre-orders, we take a week to process before shipping.

• Expect 2-3 days delay for orders during the sale period.

• Delivery time is subject to courier delays, weather conditions, and strikes.

• Most orders are delivered within 7-8 working days.

• GST is included in the listed prices, but octroi/customs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

• Our products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If delivery is accepted, it will be assumed the parcel was received in a secure manner.

• Shipments are delivered between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 7 PM.

International (Outside India):

• We offer worldwide shipping with variable charges based on location and parcel weight.

• Orders are delivered via DHL / FedEx.

• Any custom taxes/charges will be borne by the customer.

• We do not provide transit insurance.

• Orders are delivered within 2 weeks, except for pre-orders, which take an additional week.

• Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order. For modifications, email us within 2-3 hours of placing the order.

• If the customer does not accept or claim delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.

• Please bear with us for unprecedented delays.

Refund Policy:

Domestic Orders:

• Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 24-48 hours.

• Upon receiving the returned product, a quality check (QC) will be conducted. If approved, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be credited via original payment method or store credit within 7 working days.

International Orders:

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistical constraints. However, exceptions can be made under the following conditions:

• The return must be initiated and paid for by the customer.

• The product must be unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging.

• Once received and passing QC checks, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

• Refunds will be initiated via online payment modes only.

• To initiate a return for incorrect products, please email an unboxing video showing the defects to sutrasaga24@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
