Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from SutraSaga confirming the order placement. You will be provided with the Order Number, order details, and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

Delivery time varies based on location. Typically, it takes:
- 4-5 days for metro cities & Tier 1 cities.
- 5-6 days for Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
- 7-10 days for remote areas like North East India & J&K.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons, and we appreciate your patience.
